Our Modern Approach to Providing Excellent Services

We know Estate Planning is not on everyone's top "to-do" list.  We understand it is a difficult subject to talk about it, let alone plan for. We get it! At J M Love Law, we strive to make the planning process as easy as possible for our clients. We provide our clients with a comprehensive client questionnaire that takes the guess-work out of the process, and give you an organized Estate Planning Portfolio at the end. We've got you covered!

Don't know where to start? It's okay. That's what we are here for! Let us handle the legal work so you can get back to what matters most!

We provide our clients with all of the information they need to confidently move forward and live their best lives.

Our Process

Step 1 - Schedule your Virtual or Telephone Consultation. Make a list of any questions or concerns you would like to discuss with the attorney.

Step 2 - If you decide to hire us for your Estate Planning services, you will complete the Retainer Agreement for us to proceed.

Step 3 - We will provide you with a Client Questionnaire for you to complete and send back electronically.

Step 4 - We begin drafting your Estate Planning documents! (We will provide you with a final draft of your Estate Planning documents for your review and approval before finalization.)

Step 5 - Your Final Estate Planning documents and your custom Estate Planning Binder will be provided, including instructions, important information, Letter of Instruction and Inventory template, and more! You may choose one of our signing options for your convenience and safety, as outlined below.

Estate Plan Signings

We provide flexible options to meet our clients' needs safely. Clients may choose to: (1) Coordinate your own signing, remotely (our office will provide detailed and thorough information on the steps that must be followed for signing of your Estate Planning documents), (2) Coordinate with us for an outdoor signing meeting, in accordance with CDC guidelines and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of all parties, or (3) Coordinate electronic signing virtually with approved providers. We would be happy to discuss these options or any unique circumstances you might have.  We look forward to speaking with you!
